DUNGEON PROMPTS – SEASON 2 WEEK 1: MOTIVATION

*When times are easy we may not even think about what motivates us but when times get hard we have to look within and think of reasons to keep moving on.  What motivates you in this life?  What do you live for?  What do you look forward to?  Are you goal oriented or do you just take life as it comes, going wherever the flow takes you?  Tell us about your motivations.

What Motivates me?

That has changed for me. When I was a young twenty something I wanted a prestigious job, a nice home in an even nicer neighborhood, friends, respect, a nice car….

Thirty something found me motivated by an education, my daughter to live through her childhood and teen years, to be able to pay my bills before I had to stop answering the phone because the only people that ever called me were bill collectors, mostly security.

I am 47 now and peace is what motivates me. Life has beaten me down so bad until I finally learned it wasn’t beating me down…my life and all the characters within my life all have served to be my teachers. Peace is what I long for now and a chance to serve.

I realized there are things much bigger out there than me and my pain. I thought my life has been so unfair. Until I began to crawl out of my own head and started to really pay attention to the world around me. I had no idea what unfair was….I am ashamed I could be so self absorbed….but that was just one more lesson my life has taught me.

Gratitude….my gratitude to all my teachers, my pain, my joys, my life.

The pain and horrors to humans, and animals and countries and nations is beyond description. I think most of us have gotten immune to how bad it really is. And I began to think…I want to help. I want to make a difference. But what can I do? The suffering is so enormous!! The problem is bigger than anyone can ever know. It is overwhelming. Where do I start? What can I possibly do to make a difference anywhere? The problem is too big, too vast, too widespread.

Then I read something remarkable the other day that proved how we are all connected to each other and to all living things and the earth and to God itself!!

John Wheeler PhD was a contemporary of Einstein. Where Max Planck was the father of Quantum Physics, Wheeler worked with the “God Field”, the Matrix, the energy that is neither magnetic nor electric and yet is found in everything on earth and the universe. Experiments were done once this energetic field was discovered in the lab and they found it responded to emotion….to feelings.

Then during the Israeli-Lebanese War people were gathered up and trained….brainwashed if you will….to think about nothing but peace. They not only thought it but they felt it, believed it. These peaceful people were then placed in strategic places around the city where the fighting was taking place. During that time…with no prompting from anyone…..the fighting stopped, there were no visits to the emergency room, no car accidents, no police calls….while the “peaceful people” were out in the city peace reigned.

Eventually they were able to determine the quantitative value for peace. The minimum requirement is the square root of 1% of the population. In other words it only takes 8,000 people per 6 million to spread peace with in the Matrix or the Field.

What motivates me? Peace. And I now know I can make a difference. If I really train my mind to go to the peaceful place and not the negative think of how many people I can influence!!

I also learned the Secret Lost Mode of Prayer and that is to NOT pray FOR something but to pray as if that “something” already happened and to show gratitude. For example I pray to lose weight, for me to live pain free one day, to wake up not dreading my day. So now I pray feeling how good it is to be back to my normal weight and how wonderful it is to finally be pain free. I feel what it feels like to sit in a chair or walk up the stairs or to bend down to tie my shoes. I feel what it feels like to sleep until I wake up naturally and not because of pain. I feel the happiness at facing a new day. Then I thank the Source for my beautiful life and for delivering me from a miserable existence.

Negative feelings affect the Matrix just as much as Positive feelings do. I do not want to be the person that brings negative feelings to the energetic field for that creates more suffering.  Did you know that in New York the binary system of computers….the 10001111100101010101010…..began to spike and throw down weird patterns 4 hours  ( I believe) prior to the World Trade Center collapse. I bet it was because it was responding to the plans and anxiety the terrorists and their leaders must have felt prior to the event. It is my theory at any rate.

But do not pray FOR world peace….because to do so admits that there is none. Thank God…or the Universe…or whoever …..thank them for the world peace that you feel and see right now and feel the peace all around you…be ever so grateful for this cocoon of beautiful peace.

That is my motivator….I can make a difference one square root of one percent at a time.

Blessings to all of you for this wonderful year of 2014!!
